I updpated my drive license because I moved from Florida. Honestly, I'm delighted with the service here. In Miami, I had to take an appointment a month and a half before visiting the DMV, the queues there were so long. After that, I spent about three hours there on the procedure for changing the drive license. Here it took me no more than 20 minutes. Polite and friendly staff, the interior space is well organized.
I was surprised by how fast and organized it was. I went on a Saturday for new resident DL and was done in 30min, with very short waits between stations. Just explain at the front what you're there for to get a ticket, then wait to be called. The employees were friendly and helpful in directing you to the right place.
This place is really impressive! I came to get my DL picture taken (already had camera card). I went in, the gentleman gave me a ticket number and before I could sit down and wait to be called, it was called. They have very sufficient staff; the longest I had to wait was 3 minutes and that was for my new license to print. It was a very lovely experience compared to my last one at a different location.
This is the worst DMV I have ever been to. I had a question regarding a letter I got in the mail and the man up front was extremely rude and questioned my intelligence. Snatched the letters out of my hand and just restated what the letters said. No help at all! Then when I explained that’s all I needed he got upset and said if I’d waited I’d get fined which is not true. This is the third poor experience I’ve had at this location and I feel it’s because they don’t respect young people. Overall, super rude and therefore unhelpful.
Honestly a great experience. Tom was super accommodating and all 3-4 people I interacted with were very pleasant. No wait at 9:30am.
What a fantastic service. Hands-down experience at the DMV center. 20 minutes, in and out with a renewed driving license. This facility is huge and has multiple counters for everything. Definitely, PennDOT has improved a lot in recent years and this is the best example of it.
Great experience renewing my license. Walked in on a Friday just before noon, greeted by someone to help me get a ticket and direct me straight to a free window, the staff was very friendly and courteous, and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. They've done a wonderful job with customer service here! Thanks
Quickest experience ever this place is HUGE. They moved into the same building as the movie theater behind the giant eagle! Staff is all sooo helpful and nice! Best dmv/ government experience I’ve ever had lol. 11/10 def come to this location if you need to come to a dmv at all it’s worth the drive!
Went to get a Real ID. I waited maybe 2 minutes before my number was called. The worker was very friendly. Even with the employee training another employee I was in and out within 20 minutes. This new space is definitely an improvement from the old location.
I was very pleased with my experience at the DMV - something I never thought I would say. I was helped in renewing my license by Chanda and she was so friendly, thorough, and made me feel taken care of. I was delighted to leave the DMV feeling that it was painless and even describable as cheerful. Thank you, Chanda!
